Map a Network Drive in Windows

To map a network drive on your Windows computer.  Go to File Explorer:

 

 

 

In the address bar, type in "\\" and the server name, like "\\fs1".  Hit enter, if you have access to the server, you should see the shared folders.

 

 

 

Find the shared folder you wish to map (You may click into folders and map a subfolder).  Right click and select Map Network Drive.

 

 

 

Assign the drive letter you would like and click Finish.

 

 

 

You will now see the mapped drive in File Explorer.
