Begin by clicking on the "course admin" tab in the blue navbar. Scroll down and click on the "Quizzes" tool. Then click on the caret next to the quiz you'd like to grade and select "Grade" from the drop down.

Click on the student/attempt you'd like to view/grade.

From this view you can view quiz results, change the student's grade, and give "overall feedback" on their submission.
