To open a Leganto link in the Blackboard Learn App, users will need to update a setting on their phone. Users must have the Blackboard Learn App downloaded on their phone.

Updating Phone Settings for IOS (Apple)

1. Open your phone Settings

2. Scroll down to Blackboard Learn settings > click on it to open the additional app settings 

3. In that menu, toggle the Allow Cross-Website Tracking so that it is on. 

4. Reopen the Blackboard Learn App and check that the Leganto Link now opens.
