The Unused Files tool can help clean up a course when it has reached its storage limit or clean up unused items; this tool is meant to be more accessible than the Content Collection tool. 

To access the Unused Files page:

          1. Open the course you want to remove Unused Files from.

          2. On the Content Page, click on the three dots to the right of the page.

          3. In the menu, click Unused Files.

          4. In the Unused Files tool, the items can be filtered by All Files, or Unused Files. Make sure the list is sorted by Unused Files.

          5. Select the items you wish to remove from the course and click Delete Files in the bottom right of the page.
